Delete your account

You can delete your Moxion account at any time. If you still have the app installed, the fastest way is Account → Delete account. Otherwise sign in below and delete it here you do not need to reinstall anything.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email address, phone number and photo
  • Your profile, interests and saved payment card
  • Your driver application, licence and insurance documents
  • Your favourite drivers and notifications

What we keep, and why

Records of rides you have taken or given, and the payments attached to them, are kept as the law requires but they are no longer linked to your name or contact details. This is described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete your account

Sign in to confirm the account is yours. Nothing is deleted at this step.

I can’t sign in

Ask us to delete the account instead. We will verify it belongs to you before anything is removed, so this takes a few working days rather than being immediate.
